Al Kress and Ron Halliburton
Benchmark Games was founded and is owned
by Ron Halliburton and Al Kress, both life-long pioneers in
the coin machine business. Ron holds numerous patents in a
four-decade and counting creative streak and Al is a successful
former operator and distributor. Al is also the past Chairman
of the American Amusement Machine Association. They’re
Benchmark’s winning team.
Benchmark Games is located in Hypoluxo, FL, which is between
Lantana and Boynton Beach, right off I-95 and nine miles south
of the Palm Beach International Airport, in a 58,000 sq.ft.
modern manufacturing facility. We have a world-wide presence,
displaying machines in exhibitions in the US, London, Dubai,
Italy, and Russia, just to name the top shows we do. Our machines
also have a presence in China, Japan, Latin America, etc.
We are truly a world-wide company.
We currently have approximately 90 employees, with a strong
emphasis on Research and Development for outstanding new products.
Not only do we manufacture the actual machines, but we also
design and manufacture ancillary equipment such a ticket dispensers,
ticket takers, and Tickets to Prizes machines. In addition
to these machines we also manufacture the world’s best
selling coin operated Texas Hold’Em Poker video game.
All of our machines carry a one year “front to back
and top to bottom” warranty. We back this up with direct
phone numbers for experts in our service
department and our parts
department. We ship advance replacements on most units
the same day if you call in by 3 PM.
