Don't forget to tune up your existing equipment to ensure its peak performance for the coming year.

• Write down your goals-- Are you looking to increase your sales through new marketing efforts, extend existing customers play time per visit, or just increase your overall cash box revenue?
• Make your goals realistic and specific-- Do you want to increase your customer's per visit revenue by 15%? How much income do you want to generate in 2011?
Plan, Plan, and Plan-- Plan to achieve. Plan for incremental weather, plan for the unexpected, and have a contingency plan ready to go.
• Adjust -- Be prepared to weather life's storms and adjust your sails accordingly.
• Believe in your dreams-- You have the power to control your destiny and take your business to the next level. People achieve the 'impossible' all the time and you can too. Go for it! Go for the gold! Or as we at Benchmark like to say..."Roll for the Gold"....

When servicing the ticket taker in your Ticket Station or Tickets to Prizes machine, always clear your ticket jams from the top of the mechanism. Clearing from the bottom will likely create other service issues.
