Benchmark's Online Parts Shop is back up-and-running!
Recently, Benchmark Games has been in the process of rebuilding the Parts Shop on the Benchmark website. While the process is still ongoing, most of the games Benchmark manufactures are now displaying spare parts that are available for purchase. Simply visit the Benchmark Games website (www.benchmarkgames.com ), click on CUSTOMER SUPPORT, then select PARTS SHOP in the drop down box. This will bring you to your shopping cart. At the top right of the this page, select "Log In" and insert your log in information. If you do not have a log in account, Click the Create Account button to establish an account. Once you have logged in, you should review your account information for accuracy.
Select the product category from which you wish to order.
Examples would be:
Automated Redemption - Ticket Station or Tickets To Prizes
Merchandise Games - Trap Door, Drill-O-Matic or Acme Crane Company
Redemption Games - Monster Drop, Big Rig Truckin', Pop It, Red Hot! or Slam A Winner
Most games will have pictures of available parts. Clicking the picture of the part you are interested in will bring you to a page with the price, availability, part number and a brief description of the part, along with any additional photos or drawings associated with this part. If this is a part that you need, select the quantity you wish to order. Then click the "Add To Cart" button. Please enter any coupons or promotional codes you may have. Your shipping costs will be calculated and added to your order. At this point, you can select "Continue Shopping," "Update Cart" or "Proceed to Checkout." Selecting "Checkout" will ask you to verify the shipping address and select a shipment method. Then input your credit card information
and any comments you have regarding this order. Once all the information is verified, complete the process by clicking "Checkout!"
You will receive a confirmation of your order via e-mail.
Coming Soon - A new interactive feature, which will allow you to chat Online with one of our Parts representatives. Our Parts representatives can answer your specific parts questions and/or refer you to one of our Service technicians if further explanation or help is needed.
