The station number is determined by its positioning relative to the game's electronics. The wheel that is above the power supply and electronics is station one. Win Every Time wheel
(the wheel follows a pattern, and can be fully described using one section):

A location with a 1-cent ticket value and a 25-cent coin value would use the wheel on which the highest win zone pays 200 tickets with a gap of non-winning spots, then consecutive ticket winner spots of 3,4,5,6,7,8,10, Jackpot,10,8,7,6,5,4,3,200.

• 2-cent ticket value, and a 25 cent coin: Values are half...200 becomes 100, 10 becomes 5, 4,3,2,1
• 1-cent ticket value, and a 5 cent coin: 200 becomes 20, becomes 0, 4,3,2,1.
  

Win on Red or Black
(the wheel has two alternating win zones, one a fixed ticket payout and the other is jackpot):

A location with a 1-cent ticket value and a 25-cent coin value would use the wheel that pays 50 tickets on Black and jackpot on the Red spots.

• 2-cent ticket value, and a 25 cent coin: Wheel would pay 25 tickets on Black and jackpot on Red.
• 1-cent ticket value, and a 10 cent coin: Wheel would pay 10 tickets on Black and jackpot on Red.
• 1-cent ticket value, and a 5 cent coin: Wheel would pay 5 tickets on Black and jackpot on Red.

(the wheel has 50 individual winning zones of various ticket values):
