Here at Benchmark Games we have been manufacturing redemption
machines for over 17 years. We not only want to be the
best at what we do, but we also want our customers to
be completely thrilled with our games and customer service.
We’re dedicated to our customers both before and
after the sale by offering excellent warranties on our
games, and a rock-solid manufacturing process. Few companies
can match the success ratio of Benchmark Games. Our
basic engineering philosophies that we incorporate into

One of the unseen research areas that
goes on at Benchmark is the creation of hardware/software
tools for in-house testing, troubleshooting, and development.
We consider it crucial to invest in these areas in order
to make the development processes faster and more efficient.
Current work in these fields includes serial communications
diagnostics, wire harnessing design and documentation,
and QC/Production test jigs and consoles. This approach
ultimately pays off in the form of better game features,
higher reliability, and less down-time.
